Tobogganing on the Uetliberg

The city of Zurich provides and maintains the toboggan runs on Zurich’s home mountain.
But watch out – the route can be tricky. Families with small children should use the tobogganing slope at the Ringlikon station.
The toboggan service line provides information about the condition of the tobbogan run: Phone 044 412 14 71.

Night tobogganing: A special thrill

Coast along the 3.1 km toboggan run with just a flashlight.

It’s most exciting at night: If the toboggan run from the Uetliberg to Triemli is packed with people during the day and on the weekends, a night ride is especially fun. You coast down the prepared run with headlamps, flashlights or just smartphones mounted to a Davos sledge or luge. The altitude difference between the mountain station and finish is about 330 meters; the city of Zurich smoothes and levels the run daily. Information about the slope report: Phone 044 412 14 71.
